Review a callback without guessing
Ask whether the same complaint, the same failed part, and the same cause have actually returned.
Re-establish the complaint
Compare the original wording and observed result with today’s symptoms. A similar customer description may represent a different stage or system.
Audit the prior evidence
Review the measured failure, model limit, replacement identity, installation, and completed verification. Separate recorded facts from assumptions made under time pressure.
Investigate the operating condition
A replacement may be damaged by the same unresolved condition, installed incorrectly, or unrelated to the present symptom. Keep these explanations open until the evidence separates them.
Explain the next decision
State what is established, what remains uncertain, and which check will change the recommendation. Do not promise coverage, liability, or a guaranteed outcome without the actual business terms.
Make the next decision.
A fictional refrigerator cooled after manual thawing and warmed again a week later. Does this prove that a newly installed sensor is defective?
Compare your reasoning
No. Thawing restored a condition temporarily. Automatic defrost, airflow, moisture entry, drainage, and the specific sensor evidence still need to be separated.
